After each project, surveys are automatically sent to clients to track key metrics of performance. This allows every customer to comment on the quality of each delivered project.
The automation of this survey process creates many advantages including identifying and addressing issues promptly and accurately, improving processes where needed, better aligning resources to requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction with virtually every project, reflecting the below excellent results.
